- Veneer: Even when choosing the same species, the random wood grain, knots, tonal differences by bonding position, and minor cracks are characteristics of natural wood.
- If easy-to-maintain material is preferred, we recommend purchasing Clean Touch or HPL material.
- Birch Plywood: There may be differences in the shade of the grain on the cross-section, and there may be filler marks on knot parts.
- Stainless Steel Frame: All products include minor scratches, dents, welding marks, and burn marks to varying degrees. There may be a unique sliding phenomenon when sitting, and separate caps can be purchased if necessary depending on the floor finish. Some legs may be slightly off the ground when received, but this can be adjusted during use and is not a defect.

- Do not place hot items on the product to prevent external and structural damage.
- Immediately clean any contamination with appropriate methods for the material and dry completely.
- Do not use strong acidic or alkaline substances as they can damage the surface.
- Do not use cleaners containing abrasives or solvents as secondary contamination may occur.
- Be careful as sharp objects or excessive impact can cause damage.
- Avoid exposure to moisture, fire, or prolonged direct sunlight.
- Do not place excessive weight on it as it may cause product damage.
- When moving the product, do not drag it but lift it off the floor and move it slowly.
- Be very careful not to get your body caught when using products with folding parts and doors.
- Use the product only for its intended purpose and take special care to prevent children from hanging or climbing on it.
- Always keep the floor level.
