After shipment, cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee plus in-land round-trip shipping costs, reflecting the commitment to production resources and scheduling. - Custom-Made Products: Customers can cancel custom-made products without any charge within 5 days of payment. Post this period, a 10% fee is charged if the production has started but not shipped. After shipment, cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee plus US in-land round-trip shipping costs, reflecting the commitment to production resources and scheduling. ※ Additional charges may apply)
[Return Policy]
- Time Frame: Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. This period allows customers adequate time to assess the products.
- Condition for Returns: Products must be returned in "like new" condition, including all original packaging. This ensures that returned products are suitable for resale and prevents losses associated with damaged returns.
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee & return shipping cost is applied to all returns to cover the logistics, handling, and restocking processes. This is standard practice to offset the cost of processing returns.
