[Shipping Areas and Restrictions]
- Delivery Regions: We deliver across the continental United States, excluding Hawaii, Guam, and other special regions.
- International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer shipping outside the United States.
- Small Parcel Delivery: Small items such as accessories and lighting are delivered via DHL within 1-2 weeks.
- Large Freight Delivery: made to order basis furniture and other large items are shipped via ocean freight (KR to US) & local trucking (within US in land) generally take 14-18 weeks to be delivered.
[Shipping Costs]
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs in case other free shipping notification is not provided by Movement Lab US.
- Shipping fees vary based on delivery options and regions, and will be confirmed at the checkout page before finalizing the purchase by customers.
[Special Delivery Conditions and Additional Services]
- Small Parcel: Delivered via standard courier services provided by DHL.
- Large Furniture: Delivered through individual truckers in person only, with delivery schedules coordinated directly with customers via phone/email. Weekend deliveries and specific time slots are arranged upon customer agreement.
- Additional fees may apply for deliveries above the 2nd floor, or if the customer fails to communicate with the trucker on time of delivery, or if there is a need to reschedule the delivery within 48 hours of the agreed time, and other fee added actions/cases.
Please ensure all items can fit through doors, staircases, and elevators in their packaging before placing your order. Additional charges may apply for failed deliveries due to access issues. To avoid access issues, please make sure to read box size information of product detail pages.
