Cushion Zipper
On the lower side of the ALTER cushion, there is a zipper that helps connect the cushions together. Connecting the zippers is optional, and due to the volume of the cushions, two connected cushions will not bend fully at 90 degrees. It is not recommended to lift or move the cushions while the zippers are connected as excessive force may cause the zipper to come undone or damage it. Please note that zipper damage will be serviced as a paid repair service outside of the free repair period.
Anti-Slip Fabric
The ALTER cushion is designed for flexible placement and uses anti-slip fabric on the bottom to minimize movement. This feature may weaken with long-term use. Although designed to prevent tipping over without additional fixation, the cushion may tip over in certain positions.
Cushion Bottom Finish
The bottom of the ALTER cushion exposes fasteners for finishing. This structural feature, if tampered with by detaching or attaching components, will be serviced as a paid repair regardless of the period. Disassembly and reassembly are not recommended.
