- Clean Touch: There may be fine press marks generated during the pressing process of the material.
- HPL: There may be black spots or impurities within 1-2mm generated during high-temperature and high-pressure production.
- Veneer: Even if the same species is selected, the natural grain, knots, tonal differences (color differences) by assembly location, and minor cracks are unique characteristics of the natural wood.
- Scratches may occur naturally during use. If you prefer a material that is easy to maintain, we recommend purchasing Clean Touch or HPL.
- Birch Plywood: There may be differences in the grain tone of the edges and filler marks on the knot areas.
- Stainless Steel Frame: Each product may include slight scratches and dents, welding marks, and scorch marks to varying degrees. There may be slipping phenomena when sitting, and depending on the floor finish, you may need to purchase caps separately. If some legs are off the ground right after receipt, this is not a defect as the angle will adjust with use.

- Immediately restore contamination according to the suitable method for the material and dry it completely.

- Be careful as sharp objects or excessive impacts can cause damage.
- Avoid exposing the product to moisture, fire, or prolonged direct sunlight.
- Do not place excessive weight on the product, as this can cause damage.
- When moving the product, do not drag it; lift it off the floor and move it slowly.
- Be very careful to avoid pinching your body parts when using products with folding parts or doors.
- Use the product only for its intended purpose and take special care to prevent children from climbing or hanging on it.
