Multi-sofa legs
The legs are assembled on-site during delivery, and the adjustable feet can be used to level them. The design with felt attached to prevent floor scratches, but due to the thin leg structure, floor scratches may occur with prolonged use.
Wooden Legs
The wooden legs made of colored ash may have uneven grains (color difference, tiger stripes), knots/micro projections due to the material's nature. These characteristics are due to the natural wood properties, including expansion and contraction. Therefore, exchanges/refunds are not possible for these reasons. Please take note when purchasing..
Middle Leg
The middle legs of Mini, Basic, and Couch have been changed to a separate form and black color hardware from October 1, 2021. To prevent sinking due to prolonged use, it is recommended to turn and fix the body to the floor. When moving the sofa, it is recommended to lift rather than drag it. If dragged, the middle leg, fixed with a separate screw, may be damaged. If damaged, paid AS visits are available for reassembly after moving the position. (Complete restoration is not possible)
Notice on Back Cushion Wrinkles
Back cushions and seat cushions made as covers may develop natural wrinkles with use. This is a characteristic of cover-type sofas and is not a condition for exchange/refund. For separate purchases of internal materials or covers, please contact customer service.
Compression marks
The back of the multi-sofa's backrest cushion is equipped with a zipper for manufacturing purposes. Please note that compression marks may appear on the backrest and inside the sofa, similar to those in the photos, due to the use of the zipper.
Aquaclean Fabric
Aquaclean fabric, made by flocking method, may show dark areas due to fabric compression with use, mainly in the back cushion joint and part of the armrest. This phenomenon is a characteristic of the fabric and varies depending on the usage period and method, and exchanges/refunds are not possible. Please take note when purchasing.
Fargotex FR Fabric
Fargotex FR fabric, with a suede-like texture, may show color differences as seen in the photos depending on the direction of use or viewing. Additionally, static marks may be visible immediately after delivery due to static electricity from the plastic packaging. These can be managed by gently sweeping with your hand and will naturally disappear with use. This is not a defect.
