Leather information
Because top-grade leather is produced with minimal post-processing, some parts may have pigmentation, large pores, scratches, and wrinkles. This is a natural phenomenon that occurs during activities in nature or as the tissue heals and regenerates. Although production is carried out to make such parts as inconspicuous as possible, the density and firmness may vary depending on the part used, so some parts may be used visibly.

Scars under the epidermis
It is a natural phenomenon that occurs during activities in nature or as the tissue heals and regenerates, characteristic of natural leather.
Texture and color differences
The texture of the leather varies from part to part within the same cow. This is a characteristic of natural leather.
Minor surface scratches
Because top-grade leather is produced with minimal post-processing, some parts may have minor scratch marks.
Wrinkles in the leather
Wrinkles from the cow's skin may appear on the leather surface.
Black spots
Black spots may occur during the semi-aniline process when dyeing in two tones. This occurs during the process and is not a defect.
Natural marks
Stains from various factors such as injuries, melanin cells, and nevus cell proliferation. In addition, there may be spots, pores, insect bite marks, and scar marks.
Removing covers
Unlike fabric sofas, leather sofas cannot be washed, so do not separate the cover and inner cushion. Damage to the inner cover due to arbitrary separation cannot be A/S processed.
Multi sofa legs
The legs of the multi sofa are assembled on-site. You can adjust the level using adjustable feet, and they are designed with a structure that prevents floor scratches by combining non-woven fabric at the bottom. The thin leg structure may cause floor dents after long-term use.
Auxiliary legs
To prevent sagging from prolonged use of the sofa, it is recommended to fix the body to the floor after rotating it. When moving the sofa, it is recommended to lift it rather than drag it, as dragging may cause the auxiliary legs to break.
Wrinkle guide for back cushions
The back cushions and seat cushions, which are made in a cover form, naturally develop wrinkles with use. This is a feature of cover-type sofas and is not a condition for exchange/refund.
