Because we produce the finest hides with minimal post-processing, some areas may show pigmentation, larger pores, scratches, or wrinkles. These are natural characteristics that occur as the animal moves in nature, and as the skin heals and regenerates. We try to place these parts in less visible areas, but density and firmness differ by part of the hide, so in some cases they may appear in more noticeable areas.

Marks Beneath the Surface
Due to the nature of genuine leather, marks may appear from activities in nature or from the skin healing and regenerating. These are natural characteristics of real leather.

Even within a single hide, the leather texture varies by area. This is an inherent characteristic of natural leather.

Because the hides are finished with minimal post-processing, some areas may show fine scratch marks.
