Fabric Characteristics Guide
WATER-DROP COZY fabric repels water on the fabric surface and differs from waterproofing that blocks penetration into the inside. As the fabric surface is not treated with a water-repellent coating, the function may diminish over time with use. In addition, it does not have easy-care functionality, so scribbles or stains cannot be maintained or removed with wet wipes. These are characteristics of the fabric, not defects, so please keep this in mind.
Seat Cushion Wrinkles
As shown in the photo, the seat cushion has stitching to prevent the inner materials from shifting, so lines or wrinkles may appear on the seat surface over time with use.
Cutting Lines
There are cutting lines on the side of the Noir Sofa, and the seam positions of the seat cushion and armrest cushion are intentionally designed to be different.
Metal Leg Joints
The stainless steel legs are divided into parts for delivery, and joint lines are visible due to the assembly structure.
Armrest Cushion
Non-slip fabric is attached to the bottom of the armrest cushion. In addition, zipper colors vary depending on the leather specification. (Only black leather uses a black zipper.)
Seating Level Self-Check Guide
The seat cushions of the Noir Sofa are divided into Basic (Level 3) and Soft (Level 2), and you can directly check the seating level by opening part of the bottom base with a zipper. The sponge used for the Basic type is brown in color, while the sponge used for the Soft type ranges from ivory to yellow. *Updated as of 24.10.11
Velvet Fabric Characteristics
Due to the manufacturing characteristics of velvet fabric, it has a consistent nap direction and creates a “shading” effect where light and dark areas vary depending on the viewing angle. As a result, even with the same color, the tone may change organically depending on the direction of light and the viewpoint. On the Noir Sofa, the backrest and armrests may show movement in the nap with use and motion. This is not an issue caused during delivery and is not a valid reason for exchange or refund.
