Because the finest hides are finished with minimal post-processing, some areas may show pigmentation, larger pores, scratches, or wrinkles. These are natural characteristics that occur as the animal lives in nature and as its skin heals and regenerates. While production is carried out to minimize the visibility of such areas, density and firmness vary by part of the hide, so some marks may appear in more noticeable locations.

Due to the nature of genuine leather, scars formed while the animal lived in nature or during the healing and regeneration of tissue may be visible. These are natural features of real leather.

Even on the same hide, the leather texture differs by area. This variation is an inherent characteristic of natural leather.

Because the hides are finished with minimal processing, some areas may show fine scratch marks on the surface.

Wrinkle marks that originally existed on the cow’s skin may be visible on the leather surface.

Dark spots may occur during the two-tone dyeing process of semi-aniline finishing. These are process-related phenomena and are not considered defects.

These are traces of pigmentation caused by various factors such as surface wounds, melanin cells, or nevus cell proliferation. You may also see moles, pores, insect bites, or scar marks.

Crushed latex is used in the seat and back cushions, allowing you to experience an even softer seating comfort.

The seat of the NOIR SOFA includes stitching to prevent the filling from shifting, as shown in the photo. Depending on use, lines or wrinkles may appear on the seat surface along these seams.

Support legs are installed to prevent sagging when seated, and height-adjustable glides are attached so you can level the sofa. One support leg is attached to the 2-seater, and two are attached to the 3-seater model.

For the leather combi option, areas that rarely touch the skin, such as the sides and back of the backrest, are finished with synthetic leather, which may result in slight texture differences. Please refer to the detailed page above for the exact range of synthetic leather application.

The stainless steel legs are divided into parts for delivery, and visible joints are part of the assembly structure.

There is a seam on the side of the NOIR SOFA, and the seam positions of the seat and armrest cushions are intentionally designed to differ from each other.

The underside of the armrest cushion is finished with anti-slip fabric. Zipper colors differ by leather specification (only black leather uses a black zipper).

Unlike the 2- and 3-seater modules, the 1-seater module is designed with the backrest extending over the armrest. Due to material characteristics, a consistent gap may appear between the backrest and armrest.

The armrest of the 1-seater module is fixed, unlike those of the 2- and 3-seater modules. Please avoid pulling or applying excessive force, as this may damage the seams.

Due to the nature of products finished with sponge and fabric, slight differences from the listed dimensions may occur depending on the measurement method (tolerance ±5cm). Exchanges or refunds are not possible for size differences within this range. Please consider this when purchasing.

Temporary wrinkles that occur during delivery, rather than original leather creases, will naturally relax after 2–3 months of use in a warm environment. As these arise during the delivery process, they are not grounds for exchange or refund.
