- Contamination: Complete removal of contamination may be difficult with use.
- Smell: There may be a smell upon receiving a new product, but it will naturally diminish after ventilation.
- Finish: There may be scratches and welding marks on areas not visible in appearance and on the lower structure.
Material Precautions
- Clean Touch: There may be slight pressure marks generated during the pressing process of the material.
- HPL: It may include black spots and impurities within 1-2mm/0.04-0.08in generated during high-temperature and high-pressure production..
- Veneer: Even if you select the same type of wood, random wood grains, knots, tonal differences by bonding location, and minor cracks are inherent characteristics of wood.
- If you prefer easy-to-maintain materials, we recommend purchasing Clean Touch or HPL materials as natural scratches occur during use.
- Birch Plywood: The color tone of the grain varies on the cut surface, and there may be filling marks on knot parts.
- Stainless Steel Frame: Minor scratches, dents, welding marks, and burn marks at the connection points may be present in all products to varying degrees. A unique slippage phenomenon may occur when sitting, and separate caps may be required depending on the floor finish. Some legs may initially float above the ground and shake, but they will stabilize with use and are not considered defects.
Proper Usage Instructions for the Product
- Do not place hot objects on the product. It can cause structural and appearance defects.
- Clean any contamination immediately with the appropriate removal method for each material and dry completely.
- Do not use substances with strong acidic or alkaline components. The surface may be damaged.
- Do not use abrasives or solvent-based cleaners. Secondary contamination may occur.
- Be careful as sharp objects or excessive impact may cause damage.
- Avoid exposure to moisture, fire, and long-term direct sunlight.
- Do not place excessive weight on it. It can cause product damage.
- When moving the product, do not drag it; lift it off the floor and move it slowly.
- Be very careful not to get your body caught when using products with folding parts and doors.
- Use the product only for its intended purpose and take special care to prevent children from hanging or climbing on it.
- Always maintain the floor level.
